Padina pavonica is an algae naturally highly concentrated in minerals, whose activity is scientifically recognised for the maintenance of bone capital and joint comfort. Thanks to its richness in active ingredients such as calcium and silicon and ingenious mechanisms, this algae is able to regulate calcium fixation in a particularly effective way compared to other algae.
The term vitamin K covers several families of vitamins: vitamin K1 (also called phylloquinones) and vitamin K2 (or menaquinones). These vitamins play an important role in blood clotting or bone formation. Vitamin K1 is naturally present in plants and algae such as padina algae. The phylloquinone content in padine varies greatly. In our new formula the level of vitamin K1 (Phylloquinone) has been adjusted to ensure a constant daily dose to avoid natural variations.
DIRECTION FOR USE:
1 to 2 tablets per day, orally, for a body weight less than or equal to 60 kg, morning and / or evening before or during meals to quickly improve the condition of connective tissue (bone, cartilage, skin ... ).
The duration of use varies according to individual needs: from a few weeks to several months. In general, the formation of bone tissue is a long process, which is why DICTYOLONE® K should be taken over a longer period of time. We recommend using DICTYOLONE® K as a daily companion to combat bone mass loss or for 3 months in case of episodic needs.

DICTYOLONE® K can be used in synergy with the supplement Vitamin D. Vitamin D helps reduce the risk of falls associated with postural instability and muscle weakness. Falls are a risk factor for bone fractures in men and women aged 60 and over.
COMPOSITION FOR TWO TABLETS:
Padina pavonica seaweed extract harvested in French Polynesia on the island of Moorea, EPP™ (6mg of extract corresponding to a standard of 1g of dry plant), vitamin K1 (22.5 μg or 30% of NRVs*), microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, hydrated magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate.
